Functions and uses
Roasting a wide variety of poultry: Commercial electric/gas chicken grills (rotary grill rotisters) are mainly used to roast chicken, including whole chicken, chicken thighs, chicken wings and other chicken products. The design of the rotating grill ensures that the chicken is evenly heated during the roasting process, resulting in a golden and crispy skin and a tender and juicy inside.
Commercial application scenario: This machine is widely used in commercial places such as restaurants, fast food restaurants, supermarket cooked food areas, barbecue restaurants, etc., and can efficiently grill a large number of chicken to meet the needs of customers.
How it works
Electric type: The rotatable grill is driven by a motor so that the chicken rotates slowly during the grilling process. At the same time, an electric heating element (such as a heating tube) generates heat, which evenly surrounds the chicken for roasting. Generally, there is a temperature control device, which can set and adjust the baking temperature to ensure the stability of the baking process and the quality of the baking.
Gas type: Fueled by natural gas or liquefied gas, a flame is generated through a burner that heats the air inside the grill and the chicken on the rotating grill. Gas ovens also have a rotating mechanism to ensure that the chicken is heated evenly, and the gas burns more efficiently, so that it can quickly reach the high temperature required for roasting. Some gas grills are also equipped with windproof devices to ensure proper operation in environments such as outdoors.
Main components and structure
Swivel grills: Typically made of heat-resistant materials such as stainless steel, they are capable of carrying chicken and enabling 360-degree rotation. The design of the grill may come in many forms, some are single-rod type, which is suitable for roasting whole chicken; Some are multi-layered, which can grill multiple chicken products at the same time to improve the efficiency of grilling.
Heating system:
Electric heating: The heating tube is the main heating component, usually distributed on the top, bottom or side of the oven, providing all-round heat. The power of the heating tube will affect the baking speed and efficiency, and the heating tube of the commercial oven is usually more powerful.
Gas heating: includes components such as burners, gas pipes, and valves. The burner mixes the gas with the air and ignites it, creating a flame. Gas pipelines are used to transport gas, and valves are used to control the flow of gas and the size of the flame to regulate the baking temperature.
